The Client Challenge and Project Breif:
I was contacted by Annie from a company called Garden Transformations who were working on a project in Hornsey, North London. Their client Andrew was looking for a frameless glass balustrade around his raised garden area and steps. Due to the glass balustrade system being completely frameless, the specification of the glass panels had to be 17.5mm toughened laminated. With stainless steel glass standoffs/adapters which are fixed through the glass panels using resin anchors bolts fixed into the building.
