The Client Challenge and Project Breif:
Wagna from Grays, Essex got in touch with me in October 2023 to supply and install his glass panels for the recently renovated staircase that he had done. As with all glass staircase panels I always advise to use 10mm toughened glass. The reason for this is because toughened glass is much stronger than regular glass. In the event of breakage, it shatters into small, relatively harmless fragments instead of sharp shards. This significantly reduces the risk of injury, making it a safer option for staircase panels. As you can see from the pictures of this glass staircase project, we’re able to have the glass panels made to any shape of your staircase openings. This is done by first templating the staircase opening with a hardwood board. Then the glass panels are securely fitted using stainless steel glass clamps
The Visage Glass & Steel Solution:
Client Testimonial
We couldn’t be more happy with the job Joe did installing our new glass panels. We were finally moving back into our home after all the building work we had done renovating the whole house and were worried about the oprinings in our staircase because we have a small child. But Joe turned the glass around in a short time and got the glass panels fitted before we all moved in. We would highly recommend Joe for your glass staircase work.
